These terms govern your use of the mobile game “Reborn as a Footballer” operated by Team HealersGo (“we”). Installing or playing the game means you accept these terms.
You sign in with a Google or Apple account; there is no guest save. You are responsible for your account and may not transfer, lend or sell it. You can delete your account at any time in More → Settings → Delete account; deleted progress and currencies cannot be restored.
You may not impersonate others or use offensive names, modify the client or server, use bots or macros, exploit bugs knowingly for gain, or trade accounts, currencies or items for real money. We may warn, restrict, suspend an account or reset a name in response to violations.
The game is free to download and offers optional in-app purchases through Google Play or the App Store. Payment, receipts and refunds follow each store's policies. Purchased items are usable only inside the game and have no cash value. Gacha probabilities are published in More → Settings → Drop rates and in the store listing, with identical values.
Unused paid currency may be refunded within 7 days of purchase. Items already used or consumed on delivery (gacha results, granted pass rewards) may not be refundable, as permitted by Korean e-commerce law. When a refund is granted, the corresponding items are revoked; if the balance goes negative it is offset against future earnings. A purchase made by a minor without guardian consent may be cancelled on request.
We may change game content and values to improve the service, announcing significant changes that disadvantage players in advance. Service may pause for maintenance or incidents. If the service is discontinued we will announce it at least 30 days ahead and handle unused paid currency as required by law.
We are not liable for damage arising without our fault, such as your device or network conditions or failure to secure your account. Where data loss is our fault, we will make reasonable efforts to restore it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are resolved by negotiation first, and otherwise before the court having jurisdiction under Korean civil procedure.
