This page explains how to delete your account and data for Reborn as a Footballer (package team.healers.football), published by Team HealersGo.

1. Delete inside the app (fastest)

• Open More → Settings → Delete account.
• Confirm twice; deletion happens immediately, with no request needed.

2. Request without the app (already uninstalled, or no device)

Email teamhealersgo@gmail.com with the subject Account deletion request — Reborn as a Footballer and include:

• Sign-in method you used: Google or Apple
• The email address used to sign in, if you know it
• The player name you used in the game

We may ask for more detail to confirm it is your account. Once confirmed we complete the deletion and reply within 7 business days.

3. What is deleted

• The link between your sign-in account and your game account (signing in again starts a brand new account)
• Identifying fields such as player name and email address
• All issued login tokens and push notification tokens
• Progress, stats, currencies and items — this cannot be undone, and purchases are not restored

4. What is kept for a period

• Purchase and refund records: 5 years, as required by Korean e-commerce law (kept as transaction facts, unlinked from your account)
• Server access logs: 3 months, as required by Korean law
