This policy explains what the app (“the Game”) collects, why, how long it is kept, and how to delete it. The Game handles only what it needs to run. It never collects your real name, address, phone number or card details.

The Game does not itself store advertising identifiers. When you watch a rewarded ad, Google AdMob may process your device's advertising ID under Google's own policy. The Game never requests location, contacts, photos, microphone or call logs.
You can delete your account at any time in More → Settings → Delete account. Deletion unlinks your sign-in identifier, erases identifying fields, and revokes all login and push tokens. Deleted progress and currencies cannot be restored.
We never sell your data or share it for advertising targeting. We use these providers to run the service: Google LLC (sign-in, in-app billing, AdMob), Apple Inc. (Sign in with Apple, App Store billing), Expo (push delivery), and our server hosting provider. Their servers may be located outside your country, so using the Game involves an international transfer for those purposes. We disclose data otherwise only when required by a lawful request from authorities.
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction at any time. Account deletion and notification opt-out are available in the app; for anything else write to teamhealersgo@gmail.com.
The Game is not directed to children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If we learn that an account belongs to a child under 14, we delete it.
Traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. Login tokens are stored only as hashes, never in plain text. Access to data is limited to the minimum number of operators needed.
Changes are posted on this page with a new effective date; significant changes are announced in the app.
